Daniel Kavanagh (31), of Bowland Avenue, Burnley, is facing trial before the town’s magistrates, on May 18th.

He denied two counts of assault by beating and one of damaging a door and TV, to the tune of £300 and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour, last November 20th.
