If you are old enough to remember when comedian Tony Hawks walked around Ireland with a fridge, then you will know the man is seriously funny.
And this book is pure Hawks and full of mirth. While on holiday and at the age of 53, Hawks wakes up one day and decides he has had enough of city life and its time to move to the country.
Surprisingly his partner Fran agrees and the couple soon move to Devon and the fun begins. He manages to fit in organic gardening, village events and cycling coast to coast with a mini pig called Titch and all before he becomes a father for the first time.
Hawks has a gentle humour and this book is a ideal one for when you want chill out, because his sense of fun and adventure is seriously cool.
