There’s plenty of spooky goings on at Clitheroe Castle Museum this Hallowe’en.
The activities include a session called Creepy Heads on Monday, during which there’s the chance to carve an apple into a weird and wonderful shrunken head. This costs £1 each.
Then Freak Out will be held on Wednesday when kids can make their own Hallowe’en mask with a participation fee of 50p each.
On Thursday there will be Spooky Storytelling, during which The Mad Monk will tell stories for all ages.
Museum admission charges apply. All these events run from 11 am to 3-30 pm.
A Hallowe’en party will be held on Thursday from 5 to 6-30 pm with various activities and prizes for people in Hallowe’en costumes. Suitable for ages three to nine, it costs £2.
There will then be Spells with Witch Demdike on Saturday November 2nd at 11 am, noon, 1-30 and 2-30 pm. It costs £3 for children, who must be accompanied by an adult. Booking is advisable for both these events.
