Pupils in the Year 3 and 4 classes at Pendle Primary School, Clitheroe, surprised their parents with a “flash mob” dance routine inspired by their artwork.

The children have been studying the sculptor Alberto Giacometti, and they made life-sized models, smaller group models to represent shadows of people moving, and imaginative animals in foil and wire.

During their PE lessons the pupils learnt a variety of dance moves which they performed in front of their parents at the end of the school day.
