TEN-MAN Clitheroe came from a goal down to beat Evo-Stik First Division North rivals Lancaster City 2-1.

James Heywood was dismissed for the Blues after venting his frustration towards the referee following Dave Swarbrick's dubious opener for the hosts in the 37th minute.

But Clitheroe ensured they stayed above City in the table courtesy of an own goal from Rob Henry early in the second half and a late strike from Ryan Fisher at the Giant Axe Stadium.
