After the British Touring CarChampionship reached the halfway point at the picturesque Croft circuit in north Yorkshire, Whalley’s Adam Morgan sits in seventh place.
For nearly every driver on the grid there is one circuit that, for whatever reason, just doesn’t suit their car.
For Morgan, that circuit is Croft. However that didn’t stop him wading into the thick of the action once again.
Morgan set a lap time of one minute and 24.65 seconds in qualifying, placing him ninth on the grid.
In the first race Adam lost a place in the scramble down to the first corner, but managed to work his way back up to ninth, where he finished as tyre wear became too much of an issue.
Starting from 12th on the grid, Adam got a much better start in the second race, and a perfectly executed move moved him up the order to ninth, where he finished.
In race three, Adam, on soft tyres, starting from ninth, but soon sank down the order and dropped down to 23rd.
