Clitheroe Lan-Kin-Fa Ju-Jitsu would like to congratulate Garry Dugdale on achieving his Black Belt 1st Dan Grade at the UK Bugei Organisation Course in Morecambe.

Garry, 43, has been training in the style for eight years, proving you don’t have to start young to be good at the art.

The club has around 40 students and sessions are held on Tuesday evenings (juniors from 7-8 p.m./seniors from 8-9-45 p.m.) cost £3. The club also take students from age six upwards, and the first session is free. Contact Dave on 01200 423429 for more information.
