The striker moved onto 10 goals for the campaign - meaning the New Zealander has now hit double figures in four successive campaigns.
Only Harry Kane, Mohamed Salah, Jamie Vardy, Heung-Min Son and Alexandre Lacazette have achieved that feat.
Ashley Westwood was also on the scoresheet as Burnley ran riot.
Sean Dyche;s side are now nine points clear of Fulham with just five games remaining.
