Dyche had endured 10 successive defeats against the Gunners during his tenure at Turf Moor, with nine of those coming in the league. A seventh point in three games lifted the Clarets into mid-table, but it could have been even better had Jay Rodriguez's late attempt crossed the line. Here's how we scored today's performance...
5. James Tarkowski 9
Made a tremendous challenge just outside the six-yard box to prevent Lacazette from opening the scoring in the first half. Won everything that was there to be won and was a threat at the opposite end.
6. Jeff Hendrick 8
Confidence is starting to filter back in to the midfielder's performances. He looked much more comfortable on the ball and showed a willingness to get at players. Went close with a second half header.
7. Dwight McNeil 8
The young winger is a joy to watch on the ball and always looking to make something happen. Wasn't far away from scoring in either half and created a number of opportunities.
8. Jack Cork 7
Knitted play together well in the middle of the park and was reactive in the transitional phases of play. Did well to get into positions to limit Arsenal's options around the area.
