A makeshift Dog Inn maintained their push for second place with a 3-1 win at King George’s.

After having the better of the opening exchanges, Dog Inn took the lead when in-form Declan Taylor beat the offside trap to slot past the Ultras keeper on 17 minutes.

They doubled their lead on the half-hour mark, courtesy of Dane Meyler’s inch-perfect lob.

The impressive Charlie Collinge then set up Taylor for a third shortly before half-time.

A free-kick gave Ultras hope on the hour, but Dog saw it out comfortably with Elliott Bywater named man of the match.
