My great experience of the NHS

The NHS get regularly criticised, but I’d like to record my satisfaction over the service I have received over recent weeks.

I rang for an appointment on Thursday, November 14th, and received one on Monday, November 18th, at Padiham Medical Centre.

It was deemed I needed to go to the Stroke Unit at Blackburn Royal for which I received an appointment on November 21st and an appointment at the eye clinic on 22nd. I was treated with great kindness and professionalism on each occasion.

I received two further appointments on December 2nd for an MRI scan and an Echo (Echocardiagram) on 17th December 17th.

I just would like to give everyone concerned my grateful thanks for the excellent service I have received.
