Ribchester Amateur Theatrical Society – The RATS – is holding its annual Young RATS play next week.
King Arthur, which has been written, directed, produced and played by the young members, all between the ages of nine to 17, will be performed on Thursday, September 7th, Friday, September 8th, and Saturday, September 9th.
The writers and directors, Paul Bell and Connor Nutter, are hoping to follow on the success of last year’s Young RATS play which won several of the prestigious awards given by NODA, the National Opera and Drama Association, at its presentation evening last November.
The show is very much a family-friendly tale of King Arthur’s court with plenty of laughs, singing, dancing and evil intrigue.
Performances begin at 7-30pm in the village hall. Tickets are available by calling 01254 878530, priced at £6 for adults and £3 for children.
