Clitheroe fair damsel, cake artist Rose Dummer, has been flying the flag for England with a realistic roaring dragon in cake.
Following England's wins in the World Cup, the nation is flying the England flag and feeling very patriotic.
With lots of talk about St George, the slaying of dragons, the three lions and all things English, national retailer Oak Furniture Land commissioned Rosie Cake Diva to make the dragon boat cake to celebrate the reopening of its Milton Keynes store following its closure after severe flooding.
The amazing confectionery creation took centre stage at the 2018 Milton Keynes dragon boat festival, and slices were sold to raise funds for Learning Disability charity MacIntyre.
Rosie Cake Diva is currently being filmed by Channel 4’s Extreme Cake Makers TV programme.
Rose's dragon boat cake is a chocolate orange cake and is an amazing 3.5 feet long. The dragon is made of rice crispie treats, while the sea and waves are chocolate orange cake.
The cake, which will feed 200 people, took Rose a week to design and make.
