East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust is inviting the public to share their views on the way healthcare services are delivered in the area at a local event on Wednesday, September 16th.
The event will take place from 2 to 7 pm in the Legends Lounge, Blackburn Rovers Football Club and will incorporate a showcase of Trust services.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet and talk to some of the Trust’s healthcare professionals, find out about the services on offer and give their perspective on key themes and priorities facing the Trust.
This event is open to everyone with an interest in NHS healthcare services in East Lancashire.
The ‘Ellie Engagement Café’ will run on three occasions throughout the afternoon and offers people the chance to take part in an informal round table discussion with Trust leaders over tea and cake and give their perspective on key priorities facing the organisation.
The café events will last a maximum of 45 minutes and all views will be heard and shared.
Professor Eileen Fairhurst, Trust Chairman said: “We welcome all members of the public, staff and stakeholders to our event which gives us the opportunity to highlight the work we do in delivering safe, personal and effective care to all those who live in this area. It is also an invitation to engage with us and shape our priorities in how we develop and deliver services.”
The event is free of charge. To confirm your attendance, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01254 733362.
