There were also 13 prizes drawn from a grand raffle which included generous donations from local retail shops and the public including Birchall Foods, Asda, Sainsburys, Greggs, Oddies and Mrs C Quinn.
"Everything was arranged in a socially distanced way which people were happy to comply with.”
The Parish Council also revived its hand-crafted Christmas card competition surmising that residents could try their hand at this craft whilst in lockdown.
Coun. Storey added: “There were some really amazing entries, for both adults and children. Congratulations to the winners and thank you to all of the entries which made judging very difficult indeed."
