Clitheroe Castle junior parkrun has got World Cup fever for Fathers’ Day!

To celebrate the start of the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia junior parkrunners are invited to run in their football kits.

They can pick their favourite country, turn up in their team top or just run in anything footie related. And don’t worry if football’s not your thing – just come along anyway.

A weekly free timed 2km run, walk or skip, junior parkrun takes place at 9am every Sunday morning for four to 14 year olds setting off from Clitheroe Castle bandstand.

To sign up and register visit: and bring your printed barcode along on the day.

Those who are attending for the first time are advised to get there at 8-45am.
