Students rise to the challenge of fun packed activity day

A day of challenges and problem solving exercises helped students from Ribblesdale High School in Clitheroe to improve their life skills.

They students enjoyed the day at Waddow Hall in Clitheroe as part of the Prince's Trust Achieve group.

From a very challenging tree climb, various problem solving activities and a Jacob’s ladder team event, the aim of the day was to develop life skills such as communicating effectively, pushing yourself beyond your limits and understanding team dynamics.

The pupils proved to be a credit to their school in terms of their enthusiasm and behaviour.
