Picture special: Padiham school celebrates World Book Day

World Book Day is one of the highlights of the year for staff and students at Padiham Green Primary School.

And just because not all students were back in school on the day it fell this year did not mean the event could not take place.

Class one teacher and reading lead Mrs Jen Morton organised for each class to chose a book to read as part of a special video recording session on the day itself.

And when the whole school returned they celebrated World Book Day in style.

Trixie Lula Forrest was a minion for World Book Day at Padiham Green Primary School.
