Burnley magistrates have dismissed the case of Kyle Wright, who had been accused of attacking a woman.

Wright (31) had denied assaulting Kathleen Blundell by beating in the town last November 16th and had been due to stand trial. The prosecution offered no evidence against Wright, of Olympia Street in Burnley.
