A Ribble Valley business set up by a keen young trials rider will celebrate its sixth birthday tomorrow.
Inch Perfect Trials, which is based at New Hey Barn, Whitewell, is staging an open day tomorrow (Saturday) from 9am to 4pm to celebrate the sixth anniversary of the business.
Started by Matthew Alpe, a keen young trials rider who had achieved top 10 finishes in the British Youth Trials Championship and was several times North West Centre Expert Champion, Matthew wanted to showcase the sport to the public.
And after a trials display at a local agricultural show went down a storm, Inch Perfect Trials Display was born with the business quickly progressing resulting in Matthew performing at shows all over the country with his team.
Since 2010 the team have performed at more than 150 shows including British Super Bikes, Otley Show, Wilton House Classic and Supercar Show, Southport Flower Show and International Dirtbike Show, to name just a few.
On the back of the success of the display team, and due to a high demand, Inch Perfect Trials also run a full range of experience and training days suitable for aged seven upwards and all ability levels.
A new addition to Inch Perfect Trials is the brand new, state-of-the-art showroom which is jam packed with everything anyone could possibly want in the world of motorcycle trials. This includes a wide selection of new and used trials bikes all fully serviced and ready to go, plus a huge range of clothing, boots, helmets, parts and accessories.
During the family friendly open day there will be complimentary bacon butties in the morning and a hog roast at lunch time. Inch Perfect Trials Display team will also be performing at 1-30pm.
