Now, seven weeks after she made her first set, Hazel has completed 102 sets of 'scrubs' and washbags that are being worn by health care workers across East Lancashire including Burnley General Hospital. Hazel even ran up special pink ones for the breast cancer team at the hospital.
They are also being worn by doctors and staff at Barrowford surgery and Fiona Sharp Physiotherapy in the village and Colne GP's. Various other health professionals also got in touch to ask for sets after hearing about Hazel's sterling efforts.

Hide AdHazel (76) was inspired to make the sets after her daughter, Joanne Baldwin, spotted a post on social media appealing for help from anyone who could make them as there was such a shortage at hospitals across the UK.
No sooner had Joanne mentioned For The Love of Scrubs facebook group to her mum than she had her sewing machine prepped and ready for the challenge in the conservatory of her Foulridge home.
A mum of three with five grandchildren Hazel, who lives with her husband George, used to work at Buoyant Upholstery inb Nelson so her sewing skills certainly came in handy.
The fabric was paid for by Foulridge Parish Council, which donated £200 and well known businessman Dennis Mendoros gave £100.
Joanne said: "We are just bursting with pride at what my mum has achieved.
"Thanks to everyone who has supported her."
