Padiham woman denies Colne murder

Donna Harrison (34), of Beech Street, Padiham, entered her plea via a prison videolink hearing with Preston Crown Court.

She and a 40-year-old man - Wayne Mackie of Basil Street, Colne - have been jointly charged with the murder.

Attempts for the male defendant to have a plea and case management hearing via a prison videolink hearing were unsuccessful.

A trial date has previously been set for February 13th by Judge Anthony Russell.
