Blood boils over shops, homes developments
Every time I drive along North Valley Road, Colne, to Aldi and Poundstrecher and see the work going on across the road on what used to be Smith and Nephews, my blood boils.
We do not need another supermarket or pub/restaurant. Colne has more than enough.
When I drive up and down Castle Road and Lidgett and see the signs saying “Save the green lungs of Colne” and “Hands off the Rough”, again my blood boils.

Why not build houses where Smith amd Nephew was and fill up the houses stood empty everywhere?
We do not need more concrete at the expense of our lovely countryside.
