Members of Ribble Valley Labour Party will be helping to make Clitheroe cleaner.
And they are inviting local people to join in the initiative, which is part of the Great British Spring Clean.
On Sunday, party members and supporters will be litter picking and tidying up Clitheroe Castle gardens.
Local party chair, Giles Bridge, said: “We have immense pride in our town and our consitiuency and we want to make a positive contribution as part of this nationwide event, which is organised by the Keep Britain Tidy campaign.
“All are welcome. You don't need to be a member of the Labour Party, just to be willing to give a couple of hours time to help care for our lovely town."
Anyone interested should meet at the park's Eshton Terrace entrance at 11am on Sunday.
