Colleagues and pals from Clitheroe’s Tesco store were among the “Pink Army” of thousands of women who got down and dirty to raise money for a good cause.
The dream team of 11 took part in the Pretty Muddy 5k Race for Life challenge at Preston’s Avenham Park on Sunday where they tackled a series of mud spattered challenges on an obstacle course. And the girls raised the grand total of £700 for Cancer Research UK.
The girls taking part were Lauren Cooper, Nadine Rawcliffe, Claire Astley, Rachel O’Dowd, Sarah Matthews-Moreau,
Paige Pinder, Courteney Pinder, Rhianna Hughes, Morgan Rawcliffe, Ashleigh Holgate and Tyne Walwin-Holm.
