An "incredible acoustic talent" who has played at private parties for the likes of Madonna is heading to Dunsop Bridge for his 100 Years of Music show at Dunsop Bridge Village Hall next month.

Clive Carroll's show takes the audience on a journey through the history of acoustic guitar from Spanish guitar classics and Delta blues all the way to Beatles hits, with hints of Chet Atkins and Django Reinhardt, with the much-vaunted performer previously included in Total Guitar Magazine’s ‘Top 10 Acoustic Guitarists of All Time’.

Having performed all over the world, Clive will be at Dunsop Bridge Village Hall on Saturday 17 March at 7.30pm to perform a set list for all ages and music enthusiasts that has been described as "sensational instrumental music that knows no boundaries" by Acoustic Magazine.

With the event taking place as part of Spot On Lancashire’s Spring season of touring, Spot On’s Lyndsey Wilson said: “It’s so exciting to bring a nationally-renowned musician like Clive Carroll to perform in such an intimate venue. It’s not every day you have world-class performances on your village doorstep and we’re so pleased to see Clive return to Lancashire for what looks set to be another sell-out tour.”

Advance tickets for the show cost £8 each, with those interested able to book a ticket by calling 01200 448 201 or by booking online via
