Whalley Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic is 15 years old this year and to celebrate they decided to challenge staff and patients to complete 15 active challenges.

The first completed challenge was a Mother’s Day Muddy Trail run at Bramham Park Estate Leeds. The staff team consisted of Jane Connolly, lead physio who owns the practice, practice manager Rebecca Marr and podiatrist Lindsey Young.

They were joined by clients Sean Campbell, Cathy Garrett and Laura Royds, and friends and family Nick Marr and Helen Turnock.

The Major Series is all about teamwork - it’s not just a run – and it was was voted the UK’s “Best Trail Race”. The 10-12k course was littered with all kinds of obstacles, hills, mud and water.

Rebecca said: “Whalley Physiotherapy are going to be challenging ourselves and our patients to walks, runs, swims and anything else that we can think of.”
