A woman was taken to hospital after the car she was driving collided with the wall at Clitheroe health centre car park.
Firefighters had to cut the roof off the car to free the woman following the accident which happened at 12-23 pm on Saturday afternoon.
Nine firefighters from Clitheroe and Hyndburn stations freed the woman, believed to be in her 80s, from the grey Nissan Micra.
She was placed onto a spinal board and taken by ambulance to Royal Blackburn Hospital as a precaution.
No other vehicles were involved and police officers also attended the incident.
