Abbi Procter came home with a bronze medal from the Welsh National Swimming Championships.
The 14-year-old Clitheroe Royal Grammar School pupil and member of Clitheroe Dolphins, reached the final in both her events after setting new personal bests.
In the 200m butterfly, Abbi smashed the PB she recently set at the Lancashire County Championships by five seconds to qualify in third place.
Then in the final, she stormed down the final 50m, matching her earlier time to take bronze.
With over 20 swimmers faster than her in the 100m fly, qualifying for the final was a tough ask, but she did it again after beating her PB by two seconds.
She wasn’t quite able to match her time in the final, but still swam her second fastest time ever.
