Men, women, children and dogs for the annual Whalley Walk from a few years ago

The six-mile circular walk is being staged on Sunday, December 30th, setting off from Whalley bus station at 10-15am. And walkers are being encouraged to don their silly hats!

Ideal for youngsters with an award for the most ridiculous hat, the event has become a festive staple in Whalley’s Christmas calendar.

Walkers should meet at Whalley bus station at 10-15 am, the “very serious ridiculous hat judging” will take place at 10-25am before the walk starts at 10-30am.
