Whalley's 28th Pickwick Night Festival was a huge success with crowds soaking up the sights and sounds of a Victorian Christmas.
A change of venue failed to dampen the spirits of dozens of people who came from far and wide to enjoy the three-hour extravaganza last night (Thursday).
Attractions included more than 40 stalls selling a range of seasonal goods, gift cards, Christmas fare, hot food and tombola. Music from Accrington Pipe Band and Balderstone Brass Band kept the visitors entertained.
Due to the circumstances following the Boxing Day floods, this year's Pickwick Festival was held at the car parks behind Whalley Arms and The Swan Hotel.
