"Businesses have struggled enough during the current climate and the hard working people of Burnley don't deserve having their livelihoods affected by the small minority who look to steal and bring misery to innocent, hard working people.

"We will continue to target and disrupt anyone involved in serious crime and encourage members of the public to continue to report anything suspicious to us, no matter how small it may appear,l as it may lead to something bigger."
