Police seized a vehicle yesterday after the driver failed to stop in Nelson.
The motorist was required to stop by PC Marsden in the Southfield area but abandoned the car and made off on foot.
Police then discovered cannabis farm equipment inside the vehicle, and the driver was located nearby.
