Police release image of Burnley theft suspect

Police have released an image of a man they want to speak to in connection to a theft at Burnley's Charter Walk Shopping Centre.

The theft occurred on Thursday, November 11th at 4-30pm when a mobile phone and speaker were taken from a bench.
