Pendle man jailed after using stolen bank cards from home burglary

A Pendle man has been sentenced to three years in jail.

William Penman received the sentence in relation to a burglary in Nelson on Saturday September 10th.

Pendle task force attended a report of a burglary at a house in Waidshouse Road in the town whereby Penman sneaked into the victim’s home and went on to steal bank cards.

The offender then went to several stores in Nelson and used the card.

Following enquiries, William Penman was identified and arrested.
