Man (29) appears before Burnley magistrates and admits accusation of being drunk and disorderly and resisting a police officer

A Burnley man admitted a charge of being drunk and disorderly when he appeared before the town's magistrates.

Jordan O’Mara, (29) of Padiham Road admitted being drunk and disorderly on Kiddrow Lane on February 22nd.

O’Mara, who also pleaded guilty to resisting a police officer, was given an 18-month conditional discharge and must pay a £21 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
