Drugs haul and £17k seized in Burnley house raid - two people arrested
A large quantity of Class A and Class B drugs, along with around £17,000 has been seized by police after a raid at a property in Halifax Road.

Officers from Burnley Taskforce joined forces with the Briercliffe Neighbourhood Policing Team to execute the warrant yesterday.
A police spokesman said: "We have attended an address in the Halifax Road area and located a large quantity of Class A and Class B drugs and around £17,000. Two people have been arrested on suspicion of drug offences and money laundering.
"This is as a direct result from information received from the local community and we will continue to target people involved in the supply of drugs to keep our community safe."
