Burnley man in court on child and extreme porn charges
A 36-year-old man appeared before Burnley magistrates, accused of child and extreme porn allegations.
Christopher McCullough is accused of three allegations of making an indecent image of a child -363 Category A photographs, between November 5th, 2017 and February 26th, 2018 – and 324 Category B and 857 Category C photographs, on November 5th, 2017 and February 26th, 2018.
He also faces one count of possessing two prohibited images of a child and one of possessing 10 images of extreme pornography, involving animals, on November 5th, 2017 and February 26th, 2018.
The defendant, of Reed Street, was unconditionally bailed until a hearing on March 9th, at Burnley Crown Court.
