A COUNTRY hotel in West Bradford has been sold from a guide price of £3 million.
Eaves Hall Country Hotel has been sold by Richardson Hotels to James’ Places, which also owns the Waddington Arms, the Emporium in Clitheroe, Mitton Hall near Whalley and The Royal Hotel, Kirkby Lonsdale.
Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Grade II listed hotel has 34 en-suite bedrooms and benefits from extensive grounds extending to 13 acres incorporating a tennis court, bowling green and a pitch and putt course.
Alistair Greenhalgh, associate director at Savills international real estate, which represented Richardson Hotels, said: “Eaves Hall is a beautiful country hotel that benefits from a superb rural location, which made it a very appealing investment opportunity.
“This sale highlights an increasing trend over recent months of well-qualified purchasers returning to the hotel market to acquire correctly priced assets that offer good potential and growth opportunities.”
