Six staff from Stanley House Hotel, Mellor, are celebrating after successfully completing a prestigious industry management training course.
As part of the hotel’s continuous investment in staff customer service development, the employees have completed a City and Guilds accredited Welcome Host Gold training course.
The six – Joy Faith Parker, Adam Wilkinson, Giovanni Re, Emma Eccleston, Ben Bull and Robert Flanagan – were enrolled on the course where they improved their skills in customer service and knowledge of the tourism, leisure and hospitality industry.
Philip Wharton, general manager at Stanley House Hotel, said: “We are immensely proud to have six members of staff who have completed the Welcome Host Gold training course.
“We constantly strive to deliver the highest level of service at the hotel and want to make sure that our team is equipped to deliver the very best in customer service by investing in courses such as this.”
