HOUSE builder Taylor Wimpey will launch its new housing development at Low Moor in Clitheroe next month.

The Low Moor Gardens development will offer 33 new homes and a range of schemes for buyers.

It is set to offer a mix of three and four bedroom detached designs on the site, which will provide a number of initiatives for both first and second-time buyers.

Anthony Mansfield, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey, said: “We’re thrilled to be building in Clitheroe and offering up buying solutions to those in the area.

“Our part exchange scheme will be available across the range of homes at Low Moor Gardens, giving second-time buyers who are struggling to market their current home, the option of having Taylor Wimpey become their cash buyer in exchange for a stunning new-build.”

The developers NewBuy initiative will also be on offer for those who would struggle to raise a large deposit, with 95 per cent mortgages available providing real alternatives to getting the first rung on the property ladder.

Anthony concluded: “We will be launching the development at the beginning of December and will be followed in the New Year with the opening of a superb four bedroom show home.”
