Plants for sale at Waddington and Slaidburn open gardens

Greeenfingered Peter Foley and Liz Dean are opening their garden at Waddow Lodge, Waddington, to the public on Sunday, July 10th from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Also open will be the garden of Ben and Sarah Johnson, at Dunnow Hall, Slaidburn. Proceeds from the two open gardens are in aid of St Hubert’s Church and The Friends of Thorneyholme School, Dunsop Bridge.

Home-made refreshments will be available and plants for sale.

BBC Radio Lancashire’s gardening and outdoors programme is live from Waddow Lodge from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. with Stephen Lowe and Peter Foley answering all of your gardening questions.

Admission £3.50 and covers both gardens which are situated on the B6478, 15 minutes apart.
