Some of the Year Six leavers giving an energetic performance.

Characterful, creative, enthusiastic, energetic, kind-hearted and friendly are just a few of the adjectives teaching staff used to describe this outgoing class and they certainly showed all of these and more in their final show performed at St Mary’s Hall in Clitheroe.

Performing this ever popular show to a packed out hall of family members, teaching staff and past pupils, they brought the roof down with rousing numbers such as Grease Lightning, You’re The One That I Want and We Go Together to name but a few.

As always, audience members were mesmerised by the sheer talent demonstrated by the cast and were extremely vocal in their appreciation and support.

The audience enjoyed this production of Grease immensely.

Thanks were expressed to Year Six teacher and director, Mrs Ann Pye, as well as Mr Ben Walker for his lights and musical expertise. Thanks also went to the team at St Mary’s Hall for their support.

Final and precious primary school memories were also made by the pupils at their Leavers’ Prom Night – an evening filled with smiles, laughter and a few tears!

Staff and fellow colleagues have their sent good luck to the leavers to take with them on the next stage of their journey.
