Man found with 18 bags of cannabis in car in Clitheroe
A man approached by police in his parked car admitted he was in the process of “bagging some weed.”
Blackburn magistrates heard police recovered 18 snap bags containing cannabis, numerous empty bags and a large plastic bag containing cannabis.
Daniel Aiden Jeffries (18), of Park Avenue, Clitheroe, pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis with intent to supply. He was committed on bail to Preston Crown Court to be sentenced on February 23rd.
The court heard that police had responded to reports of a suspicious vehicle in Waddow Grove, Clitheroe.
