PUT a spring in your step this month with a little help from the North East Lancashire Keep Fit Association.
The group will hold its annual Spring Walk on Sunday.

The four-and-a-half-mile trek will start at 10-30 a.m. at Pendle Heritage Centre car park in Barrowford. Walkers will cover a circular route via Roughlee, Whitehough, Barley, Newchurch, Spenbrook and Noggarth on riverside and field paths. Although it will be fairly easy walking, boots or walking shoes are advisable.

Refreshments can be bought at Barley and the Pendle Heritage Centre or you can take along your own packed lunch.

It costs £2 per person to walk with all the money going to the East Lancashire Hospice.

For details, call Kitty Garnett on 01282 776042
