Gardeners' Question Time and plant sale
IF gardening is your hobby, then make a note in your diary to put the evening of May 9th aside.
Peter and John Foley, of Holden Clough Nursery are holding a Gardeners' Question Time and Plant Sale at Thorneyholme RC School, Dunsop Bridge.
The pair have been featured on BBC Gardeners' World and Peter is a regular broadcaster on Radio Lancashire. Now joined by his son at the nursery, both will give a short talk and there will be plants available to brighten up the garden.
The time is 7 p.m., admission £3 and the proceeds go towards St Hubert's Church in the village.
