COMPUTER courses aimed at retired people will start again in Clitheroe next month.
"Active IT" is a popular initiative aimed at retired people wanting to get to grips with the basic functions of a computer, such as using e-mail and the Internet to keep in touch and source information.

The courses will start on Tuesday, September 16th, in the morning, or Friday, September 19th, in the afternoon, and will run for five weeks. They will take place at the Rural Computer Centre, based at Clitheroe Auction Mart, in Lincoln Way.

For more information on Active IT for the Retired, or for details of any of the centre's other computer courses, including digital photography and ECDL, contact Jackie Knight on 01200 444020.
