With Ribble Valley’s very own summer festival just a couple of days away, the Beat-Herder organisers have announced a special surprise to add to the weekend line up – 80s band ABC.

The legendary Sheffield new-wavers hit the heights with singles like Poison Arrow and The Look of Love and will be performing a set full of their electro-pop hits on the main stage this Saturday.

Festival co-founder Nick Chambers said: “We always like to keep a little something up our sleeves – a surprise treat for all the Herders that got their tickets in early.

“It’s going to be a great show and will definitely blend into the bonkersness of the whole event, especially if Martin wears his famous gold lamé suit. Bring on the weekend!”
