PLANS for the proposed demolition of existing lean-to shed and the construction of a replacement two-storey side extension to provide improved living and bedroom space, and single storey rear garden room have been submitted to Ribble Valley Borough Council.
Comments on the proposal at 38 Riverlea Gardens, Clitheroe (number 0334) must be made to the council by May 16th.

Other applications submitted include:

Clitheroe: Erection of a ground floor rear extension and a first floor bedroom above existing garage at 3 Gills Croft (0335). Proposed conservatory to rear of dwelling at Wychavon, 6 Brett Close (0290).

Bolton-by-Bowland: Construction of frame for, and installation of, a flood gate adjacent Skirden Bridge (0319).

Chatburn: Erection of a hardwood mahogany C shaped conservatory on the side elevation of 80 Downham Road (0341).

Chipping: Erection of one affordable dwelling at Croftlands, Broadmeadow (0346).

Sawley: Loft conversion with pitched roof dormers and addition of double garage to side of property at Ribble View (0336).

Waddington: New two-storey extension following removal of existing conservatory at 1 Greenfern, West Bradford Road (0328.
