POLICE are urgently appealing for the public's help to find a missing three-year-old boy.
Lee Loram was last seen at Blackburn market at 12-40 p.m. this afternoon (Friday 16 May) when he disappeared whilst out shopping with his mum and his brother.

Lee is described as white, with short dark brown hair, brown eyes and a pale complexion. He was wearing a grey top and blue shorts.

Additional police officers from across Lancashire have joined the search for Lee and the police helicopter is flying over Blackburn. Mounted police officers and police dogs are also involved in the search and police are examining CCTV footage.
